makes grants annually to registered Canadian charities in support of social justice and economic equity projects in Latin America and Atlantic Canada.
In Yorito, the Santa Cruz Farmer Researcher Team– a dedicated group of young people – have taken leadership in protecting 53 hectares of forest. They know that the forest creates shade and holds a crucial underground system of streams that enhances the soil and soil hydrology.
